SCHAUMBURG BUSINESS ASSOCIATION
The Village of Schaumburg is the largest center of economic development in Illinois, outside of Chicago, has more retail space than anywhere in Illinois besides Chicago, and as much business office space as downtown Milwaukee, with about ten million square feet of industrial development. With these facts in mind, the Schaumburg Business Association was created in 2001 to better serve the Schaumburg community and its many businesses.
The Schaumburg Business Association is dedicated to members' growth and prosperity to advance business causes. With nearly 500 members strong, its mission is to provide a dynamic blend of corporate, commercial, retail, service, and industrial business. Members can build valuable relationships to round out business life, as well as discover potential customers, clients, and vendors. If you wish to join the SBA, contact (847) 885-8800.
Local business leaders take pride in their Schaumburg location, which has experienced consistent growth due in large part to the continuing support for excellence in schools, colleges, and universities, an outstanding park district, a state of the art library, and a general aviation airport. There are also more than 80 miles of bike paths, the Schaumburg Prairie Center for the Arts with a 442-seat theater, gallery, and outdoor stage, Alexian Field baseball stadium (home of the Schaumburg Flyers), and a magnificent 135-acre Spring Valley Nature Sanctuary.
Woodfield Shopping Center is a member of the Schaumburg Business Association, and supports its many community involvements. To contact the SBA, call (847) 885-8800, or fax to (847) 885-9099. SBA offices are located at: 28 W. Schaumburg Rd./Schaumburg, IL 60194.
